Earlier this week I was browsing my local fabric store...aka my crack house...and THIS stopped me dead in my tracks.....

How freaking cute is this fabric?!? All I could think of was the numerous possibilities for the spring for Roo. Peasants dresses, twirl skirts, ect. Then....like the ladies knew where I would look next because of my love for argyle....I found this on the shelf underneath....

Perfect accent for a fun Bumps~n~Roo dress don't you think....

My machine finally came back healthy to me this week, so I have been buzzing through orders. I had one in particular I had been thinking about for awhile because it was for a blogger who wanted to review my clothing and do a giveaway. Everytime I had been ready to make an outfit for her, my machine broke. So last night, while drooling over what to do with this fabric, I came across an applique I bought from Applique Market (
http://www.appliquemarket.com/item.php?item_id=466) and it clicked. I decided to make a simple pillowcase dress with the lovebird applique and monogram it. The result was this.....

Probably my new favorite dress. Yes, I say this about most dresses I make, but seriously you can't get much cuter! I am making Roo one tomorrow with a pair of appliqued jeans to match. Or maybe a pair of ruffle pants. Who knows. The possibilities are endless....
